Our private sessions are tailored around each client's needs. This elite program is all about you and your goals. From Kettlebells, to jump rope, to boxing drills.... You will have it all to yourself and develop at your own pace.
Saturdays 9:15 - 9:45 am
This program has been developed to provide a quick, yet intense, cardio workout that will fit into a busy lifestyle.
You do not need to be a professional to start jump roping. The classes work at different intensities to suit all levels as you learn to use this skill to its best advantages.

This program is designed to help kids as young as eight years old to grow stronger, run faster and develop great confidence. Boxing conditioning is the best training of any sport that would help young athletes take their game to a level no other training can provide.

This program is specially designed for fighters between the ages of 16 and 23 that are looking to compete and join torunaments
and young adults that are just looking to learn how to fight for self defense.
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Mondays Thru Thursdays 8:00 - 9:15 am AND 9:45 - 11:00 am Saturdays
