Our classes are desinged with every skill level in mind. From the absolute novice, to those with many years of experience in Martial arts.

Our private sessions are tailored around each client's needs. This elite program is all about you and your goals. From Kettlebells, to jump rope, to boxing drills.... You will have it all to yourself and develop at your own pace.

Mondays 8:30 - 9:30 pm

Saturdays 10:00 - 10:30 am

This program has been developed to provide a quick, yet intense, cardio workout that will fit into a busy lifestyle.

You do not need to be a professional to start jump roping. The classes work at different intensities to suit all levels as you learn to use this skill to its best advantages.

Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Sundays 11:30 - 12:30 pm

5:00 pm Wednesdays, 8:30 pm Tuesdays & Thursdays

Learn the ancient fighting art of the eight limbs "Muay Thai" and dominate your opponent.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

This program is designed to help kids as young as seven years old to grow stronger, run faster and develop great confidence.

Boxing conditioning is the best training of any sport that would help young athletes take their game to a level no other training can provide.

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Mondays Thru Thursdays
10:30 am - 12:00 pm Saturdays

We have designed this program to help adults of all ages get in the best shape of their lives, lose weight, gain tremendous strength, and learn to fight.

Do not get intimidated by the word "BOXING" you will learn at your own pace and never need to keep up with anyone else.

9:30 am - 10:30 am Mondays, Wednesdays

and Thursdays.

This is the program that every woman should try before joining any other gym. We use the conditioning routines of boxing training to "truly" reach our goals.

No nonsense work-outs, this is the real deal. Hard, fast, and very demanding excersizes that will transform your body in the shortest time possible.
